A CMA by profession, he possesses three decades of successful experience of providing Strategic and Operational leadership in various Public Sector Undertakings and Co-operative sector Prior to taking over as C&MD, NFL in June 2015, Shri Mishra was Director (Finance) in State Trading Corporation (STC) and also served a long tenure in Krishak Bharati Co-operative Limited (KRIBHCO) at different positions.Shri Mishra is credited with creating a viable and sustainable business model for the company to drive growth in all spheres. He successfully created new identity of company with extended product line and transformed NFL from a single product company to an organization with stakes in various types of fertilizers, seeds, agro-chemicals and Industrial products.
