🏢 Complimentary Meeting Room Facility for NIRC Members at CMA Bhawan, New Delhi

We are pleased to inform you that the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICMAI is offering a
complimentary dedicated meeting room facility with a six-sitting capacity,
exclusively for our NIRC members at:

📍 CMA Bhawan, Lodhi Road, Institutional Area, New Delhi

🕒 Usage Details:

This dedicated space can be used for professional meetings with members for a
maximum duration of three hours in a day, subject to availability of time slot.

📌 Terms & Conditions:

• Advance Booking: Prior intimation (at least one day in advance) is required via email at nirc@icmai.in.
• Timings: Meeting slots are available during NIRC working hours – 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Frequency: Each registered member can book one slot per week.
• Refreshments: ☕ Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided during the meeting.
• Eligibility: This facility is available only for members with current and valid membership based in Northern India.
• Allotment: Bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage our members to take advantage of this initiative aimed at fostering
collaboration and professional interaction within the CMA community.
